Unable to install Maemo SDK
 

hi
i have installed Scratchbox by the GUI installer
The installation stops on the step of installing Maemo SDK and it says I have no user. As I try to add the user by /scratchbox/sbin/sbox_adduser it tells me that "run_me_first.sh has not been run". That file doesn't exist.
I tried to add the repositories from here: http://wiki.maemo.org/Scratchbox_repositories
but it tells me that .../binary-amd64 does not exist
I use Ubuntu 64-bit
what should I do?

In my experience the installer is flakey at the best of times. The pre-built ubuntu based might be a better starting point - not as convenient but at least it works :)

an how then i make the installer see the scratchbox and install maemo sdk?
and if it's not possible, how can I compile the apps for n900?
