Re: preenv desktop problem
wgames automatically creates a .desktop file for a game when wgames installs it. The game .desktop files are created in /home/user/.local/share/applications/hildon/ .
Just fyi, if you r using catorise and want it to see the .desktop shortcut under the games section, you have to copy this .desktop file to /usr/share/applications/hildon/, then edit /opt/catorise/menu, where you have to add something like 'nfsuc: games' (if the name of the file is nfsuc.desktop). Then open the catorise gui, and save menu. |
Re: preenv desktop problem
but wgames gets an error while trying to copy the icon file
if i do it manually it tells the file nfsuc is not an executable maybe it's because it's installed in /home/user/MyDocs ? |
Re: preenv desktop problem
Assuming its a permissions issue, before converting to ext3/4 format, have you perhaps tried MaeModder? It gives you an option to make MyDocs executable, and it seems to work. Here's the thread: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=67989
