Problem with media player and graphics
 
I am unable to see any music and videos in media player, even no pictures are displaying in graphics, but i can access them using someplayer or else filebox.....

try rebooting your phone , then the tracker also starts again !

I have the same problem! It started occuring after I updated Ogg support (I think). Nothing shows in media player as well. Rebooting didn't help. Any ideas?

tracker-processes -r

now you might get your music videos back

i tried restarting and same above but no success, even i have got ogg support update notification which i have updated recently

Downgrade the ogg-support package.

Code:
sudo apt-get install ogg-support=1.0.5
That solved my problem.
