Just Bought N810

I have an N810 on its way and want to use it for tools like metasploit, kismet, aircrack, etc...

I realize some tools may be slow, etc..

Here's the thing.

It's running Diablo I'm guessing 4.1 ebay seller just said newest diablo.

And should I just try to install these packages?
use this tutorial? http://www.arachnoid.com/linux/nokia/index.html#update

this? http://eeelucky.blogspot.com/2009/03...n-n800810.html

or the many saying to install debian with kde?

Keep in mind that there's no injection support, so its usefulness as a pen testing device is limited.

I'm aware of that, but was told I could use a usb attached device for injection.. not really what I'd like to do but I'm ok with it...

I'd rather have the N900 but for an extra $100 I just cant afford it

Yes, you can use an usb stick (I think there are precompiled modules floating around for rt73 based sticks), but then you'll need an external power supply (the usb port can only supply ~200mA).
