[SOLVED] Bricked my N900 by killing tens of times hildon-status-menu

I was testing hildon-status-menu and killed it tens of times, until custom applets stopped showing. Then I decided to reboot. But it shows now the loading indicator forever :( Log.

pull out battery, press the power button 3 seconds, then just put the battery back in and turn it on :)

It may happen that your rootfs is full of log file because ksyslogd doesn't use logrotate out-of-box and also logrotate isn't really needed but I never didn't managed myself to get ksyslogd logrotate without using logrotate. I'm not sure how you can verify if rootfs is full.

I have installed BackupMenu, but it doesn't seem to show rootfs over usb. I'll try to to boot to nitdroid and see, if its capable of mounting rootfs.

EDIT: Nitdroid fails to boot and says that rootfs is unavailable or something :(
I'll try to backup the rootfs to memory card and modify it on my pc.
EDIT2: The logs are only like 3MB :/

the only time that you'll bricked n900 is when you chucked it against a brickwall

Removed about ~20MB from the rootfs and it still isn't booting. Frustrating that a Linux Distribution doesn't give any error messages. Just like Windows

Now Android boots :) So the rootfs might have been full, but there is also something else :/

Is there anyway to get some output of the maemo's startup process?

Managed to fix it :D
I dumped rootfs and optfs to my memorycard, removed every single file I had added in past few days from dumps which would be executed on startup and finally restored the dumps.

Please rename the thread so that it includes [SOLVED] in the title
