Can't connect via WINSCP after 2 minutes of idle

Hello there , I have a problem , if I connect my N900 to wifi network and open WinSCP , everything works fine but if I leave it idle around 2 minutes , the WinSCP acts like disconnected and I have to reconnect the phone to wifi network and reconnect the winscp . How do I fix this ?

Open WinSCP, check Advanced option, select Connection, under Keepalives, choose any other option than Off.

if that doesn't work for you, open xterm, and run a ping session to, say, google's public dns - 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.

I have this problem if the screen shuts off on the N900, winscp loses its connection if its not being used. I find if I turn the screen on first before going back to winscp it works fine worst case I start micro b or disconnect and reconnect my wifi connection on the phone.

Turn off powersave in WiFi setting.

@9000 - I don't find any "advanced options" :-S . But anyway , I fixed it by turning off the power saving on my wifi network . :) Thanks
