[Maemo 5] Hide Use Agent: 2 problems, please help
 
first one is facebook, when i go on facebook i get this mobile phone layout, i used to have desktop facbook layout and now it gone and i dont kno how to get it back , pease help if you know how change it

second one is ovi store app, when i go on it it takes me to http:/swip.nokia.com
and if i use google to get to ovi store it says " ovi is currently not available for this device"

maybe something is wrong with your useragent - do you use "hide user agent" ?

i do have hide user agent, do i have to delete

No keep hide user agent.

Go to settings and open hide user agent, set the user agent to:

Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux armv7l; en-US; rv:1.92a1pre) Gecko/20090322 Fennec/1.0b2pre
then press 'set'. That should sort your facebook out. When you want to use ovi store go back into hide user agent and click 'remove'. Once finished on ovi, click 'set' again.

i've deleted hide user agent, and everything is workin fine now..thank u sooo much. i had this problem for very long time, but i was too lazy to come to this site and ask for help

lol i think the solution explained by kaos_king would have been better than delete the hole app but if you are not using it at all this works too :D
