How to fix the problem of app refreshing
 
This problem refers to how fix the problem with HTTP 403 when refreshing the ovi catalogs or when downloading an app from the ovi store.(Sorry if a duplicate of this thread is present)
The solution is simple,one of them is:
1. Download the Tor, available in the repos(Extras-devel version prefered) and activate it
2. Go to settings, internet connections; Select the button connections. And edit the connection that has currently connected you to the internet.
3. Press "Next" until you reach the last page, then click on the anvanced button. go to proxies tab.
4. Activate the "Use proxy option" and enter the "127.0.0.1" as IP and "8118" as port number. Do this step for HTTP and HTTPS.(And if you have encountered any problems, do the job for FTP as well)
5. Refresh the app manager. The ovi should work now.
