Flash (Reflash?) vs Firmware Update (with Nokia Update Wizard)
 

Are they essentially the same? If they are different, what are the differences?
Also, if I want to get a "pure factory setting" as in brand-new-just-opened, which way I should go? Flash (reflash with the latest firmware) or just use the Software Update Wizard from Nokia?

I was afraid to ask, I know this is a totally basic question. But I really am a novice (though I have managed to dual boot from my internal MMC with the previous firmware as well as installing the latest firmware with no issue whatsoever)... :p

They're exactly the same and the terms are interchangeable.
