What dynamic microphone to use with the N900?
 

Hello guys,

Anyone have any quick tips what microphones are compatible and good to use with the N900?

I'm talking about dynamic microphones. I don't need aynthing fancy, just for interviews.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You simply plug it into the 3,5mm jack. Either the supplied cable already has a 3,5mm plug or you can use reduction from XLR/6.4mm to 3.5mm.

Yup, you can. I found about it myself by accident. A few months ago I gave it a try and it worked well, so now I bought a semi-professional microphone for interviews. I'm using two apps you can find in the repositories - don't remember the exact names.

Can you please look at the name of the apps ?
I tried with my stereo sony microphone, and nothing happen with recaller.

It's simply called "Recorder" and "myDicto"...
