XMMS font size (maemo4, n810)
Do you use XMMS and have a large enough font size you're using?
I just installed XMMS on my n810 and it looks like a very promising media player. The thing is, the fonts are so dang small that it's hard to read. I went into the menu options and only saw two fonts available, a 10 and 12 pt. (given by their full X11 names). Does that mean I only have two fonts installed on my n810? I found out there is no 'xlsfonts' command in busybox/maemo4, so I don't even know what fonts I have installed on my system. Is there a command I can run to see what fonts I have installed? Do I need to install additional fonts onto my n810, and then would XMMS find them and give them as options for font size? If so, where do I download different fonts? Thank you in advance, Chris |

I'm not exactly sure where you can even find the font for this.
It doesn't appear to be in /home/user/ or /usr/share/ either. I'd like to know this as well. :) |

Did you end up finding anything on this Chris?

Re: XMMS font size (maemo4, n810)
No, unfortunately I haven't found this out either. For now I'm using YouAmp mainly, as it can view complete directories of podcasts/mp3 files and display artist, album, etc.
But I'm surprised there is not a clear way to view the installed fonts in maemo4. Or, install new ones easily. Does anyone else have any insight into this? -Chris |

The best I found so far is Preferences -> Fonts -> Use Xfont for Main Window.
