Those are all warnings, so won't prevent anything from working.

For the mozilla GPG warnings, there's instructions on downloading the public key here - there's mention of other issues after that, but I don't see how they could be related. You might also want to check whether you need both mozilla repositories.

For the Nokia GPG error, you could try the same process (but with the different key ID), though I'm not sure whether the key is on the servers (I tried to check but I'm getting errors from the keyservers at the moment).

just disable the repositories from your HAM then you done...no more error on x-term after it...
