maemo.org - Talk - Can someone tell me what's wrong with my boot.scr?

I am trying to boot MeeGo off of p2 on my SD card, p3 is FAT with the image on it (and boot.scr)

I have this in boot.scr on SD p3 (FAT parson):

However it still won't boot into MeeGo with the keyboard open.

I obviously am out of my element and don't know how to correctly use u-boot and create boot.scr. Any and all advice would be much appreciated, I have been working on this for DAYS. (bout to pull my hair out)
