[REQUEST] 4squick for Maemo
 

You may have heard of a new Foursquare application named 4squick. It's available for Symbian^3 and MeeGo, but unfortunately not for Maemo.

The reason the developer has for not creating a Maemo version is the fact that the N900's version of QtMobility is too old. They're using Qt SDK's Remote Compiler to build all the different versions and it supports only Maemo 5 Qt 4.7.0 with Mobility 1.0.2.

I kept asking the developer for any Maemo progress but I got no answer so I decided looking into the problem with QtMobility myself and I found a website that has some kind of solution, HERE and on Nokia Developer.

D'you think this app could now be released to Maemo as well?
