No secure web browsing 770
 

I can't connect to common secure websites like
https://www.safecu.org
The login screen at www.tdameritrade.com
etc.

I get the dreaded msg "Unable to complete secure connection."

Any ideas ? Configuration Issue or Opera Issue or just can't do it with Nokia 770?

No problems with a regular web site, google, etc.

Check your clock settings, I had this problem when my clock went funny.

Thanks gog. Tried your suggestion- still no luck for me.

The 770 was set on London time and I'm in California. I switched it to California and DST rwhich eversed the Month and Day part of the date - to what we would expect in the U.S. - but still no luck on the two secure web sites.

It rebooted after switch. And I also rebooted it again just for good measure :)...It's been very reliable otherwise.

You are correct gog...my 770 was on June, not July! Guess I really am getting OLD !
