Opera cache question
Does Opera realy supports picture(.gif,.jpg) and javascript(.js) file caching?
We are developing a web page for Nokia N800 with ajax that uses a lot of (40-100kb) of javascript that somehow is not cached in tablet PC Opera browser and each time i load the page all those files are loading and this increases page load-up time specially when using GPRS. Can i somehow solve this problem? I also used opera:cache page to see cached files and unfortunately i could not see any! Thanks for your future reply.. |
Re: Opera cache question
Or can someone tell me can they see any files when they enter opera:cache in their Opera browser on N800?

Re: Opera cache question
There is a cache directory under .opera, but it is empty. Seems there is no caching at all.

Re: Opera cache question
Yep i guess so. Also opera:cache is empty.
I wonder why there is cache properties in the properties of the opera if it is not used. Does N770 have the same issue with browser? |
Re: Opera cache question
