phoenix not working with n900
 

I've got problem with my n900. It wasn't charging first (charging error was written on the screen not depended on charging source. Computer or normal). So I downloaded phoenix to check it. However except giving info about my device and recognising it it doesn't work. All tests give error that they didn't get response in timeout or it wasn't recognisable. What do you think could have happened?

As far as I know phoenix is that windows only tool isn't it?

Have you tried charging N900's battery externally?

i think that you have to

1 download the right firmware part using "Download data using Product Code" by the Phonenix Service Suite menu

2 verify to have the right "mp-freamantle-generic-pr" on your N900
