I cann't use "create maemo application", why?
 

Frist. I'm not good at English. So sorry.

I'm loginin this page:

http://maemo.org/downloads/Maemo5/network/

but, top menu "page"->"create maemo application" is unavailable.

why?

I have garage id, look this:

https://garage.maemo.org/users/binkcn/

but i cann't create my application.

my project:

who can tall me why? :(

It seems like you are trying to upload to downloads , and that is not possible...
You need to upload your package to extras-devel, and from there it will move to "download".
