cant update gonvert- pyside core

I cant seem to update gonvert. its telling me that pyside core and another pyside is stoping it from updating. I checked the apps and I have neither of these in my installed apps. How can I delete them? Thanks.

first of all, go into X Terminal and type this in:

dpkg -l pyside*| grep ii| awk '{ print $2 }'

Now print the outputs of that to here.
