Well you need the windows client, which you can download here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/smartcam/
To get the MeeGo app you need to search a little bit on the www - since it is not officially available anymore - e.g. 'smartcam_1_368756.4.0_armel.deb' ;)

I'd also suggest asking the developer to put it in openrepos. He probably will do it or arrange another method to access it. He has even released his blackberry version as open source, so he might do it with the MeeGo version too, specially since there is no OVI store anymore.
