Looking for a sleep record app that only records when there is noise
 

I know I can record the whole night and then filter through but that's a lot of filtering. If there's an app that only records what noise there is in the room then please let me know.

Why not just head down to your local 'spy' shop? Then you can buy a small bug to listen in on your target^H^H^H^H^H ...on yourself, or a camera to hide inside a teddy-bear or a bow-tie which shoots laser-beams or whatever... and you get to keep your N900 in your pocket.
