Hello I sold my nokia n900 and I have now a galaxy S2-

All android mame emulators are very bad.

The flandry mame emulator 0.138 are the best

Any person can port it to android ?????

are sure that will won much money because other emulators suck.

Hey just tell you that I tried all the emulators mame

tyger mame 1.44, cps2hd, mame4droid, arcademame, and one more full Jrioni

all have a very limited list of compatible roms mame is not the height

instead a mame on nokia n900 in which all function as in the mame computer

the author did not answer me about porting it to android, android might not know about or do not have time

I put the source code here for someone knowing you compile android, serious to play with keyboard and a zo Desire htc any command / keyboard bluetoth

it had no graphical interface for the keyboard unless you enter and pass and added the option visible or not visible as in the FPSE psx emulator on android for example.

I think that n900 users have more ideas and could port it.

I know only linux but other people in this forum can know android and linux .

I hope-wish-wait for it.

To be honest, do You *really* think any sane N900 user will be interested in porting *anything* into android?... If You really want it so badly, propose an arrangement of donation certain sum of $ for porting. That's the way you usually do it, if You decided to use *non* open platform... Then, *maybe* someone will be interested. At least, in my humble opinion.

In android now tigermame 3.0.3 and mamedroid 1.51 are the best emulators but than more worse than flandry n900 emulator .

The flandry emulator more compatible with games.

I will buy again a nokia n900.

Yes the android mame does use an older version (0.37b5) but the roms it does support do run much smoother no stuttering or sound issues compared to newer versions.
*not seen mame4droid running on a samsung galaxy s II*

This is what i have been going on about in the mame thread, if an older version of mame, 0.37b5 for example was ported to maemo it would give us a cleaner and smoother mame experience even on stock n900's.

Flandry has done a great job porting mame to maemo and it is well appreciated. but it would be nice to have a smoother mame experience which runs as it was supposed to.
