designer concepts. I've seen at least two flexible phone concepts in the last year. But so far they only exist in designer's imagination (ie nit even ingeneer imagination)

Nokia had the flexible design idea ages ago with the "Morph Concept".
But I'm pretty sure it mysteriously infringes on Apple's patents. *YAWNS* |

flexible displays seem to be relatively easy to do (oled -> polymer based -> flexible). flexible motherboard and especially flexible batteries that are not worse than android's current state are just not really production ready.
