Considering WebOS itself is dead just like Maemo, I see less games in the future for the platform. Maybe if HP decides to bring it back as a zombie...

maemo and webOS are zombies. Plants versus Zombies? hehe
but i don't think the zombies are the bad guys in this case. :)

Sadly Android uses a version of JAVA and iOS has an API completely different that runs on a BSD kernel, so neither will run on Maemo5. WebOS was ideal, because it used an identical linux kernel, and the missing API was easy to transfer to the N900. We might hope MeeGo/Harmattan apps will be possible to port thou.
