Re: Microsoft claims Android licence patent milestone

When they charge consumers an extra 1% on the product, that fee is hidden and told to be negligent.

However, when the manufacturer has to pay an extra 1% on their product, it suddenly becomes a BIG DEAL. Hey, at least its better than NO device at all, screw you Apple for killing competition and asking for unfair royalties WHEN THE LAW SAYS YOU CANNOT DO SO

1% = $5 of $500 the average monetary paid as royalties and the average charge of a smartphone.

WTF..
Do you realize that in the whole world, only TWO countries has stupid laws that allow software patents? And do you realize that those patents are most likely ********, and Microsoft is using it's legal muscle to bully smaller companies into paying?
