cannot connect via usb - charge only
Hi everybody
since 2-3days i cannot connect anymore -via usb cable - n900 to my pc. after connecting the cable, i cannot access mass storage ans pc suite, it appears only "charging".... about a week ago, i've installed community SSU, version 20.2010.36-2maemo16.8. could be this upd the problem? what sould i do to access n900 content via pc-usb (mass storage mode)? Please help! Thanyou in advance! |

In the status bar (where you change profile, bluetooth, network connections and so on), there should be an option to connect as usb mass storage. ( http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=75299 )
Then make sure /home/user/MyDocs is not used by anything, if it is, kill that thing. If it does not work still, you can try to umount Mydocs manually ( http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?p=1129391 ) Other then that, I wont help you. |

I got the same problem but with my Nokia N9. Only charging when I plugged it. |

i have the same problem, im try umount MyDocs but the problem persist other idea guys?

Is this a sign that the USB connector is coming lose? First the charge, then the data connection lost???
