apps.formeego.org testing starting
 

The development of apps.formeego.org is nearing the point where we want to go to public tests. We would like to ask developers to submit their apps.

Apps will fetch all metadata for your package from OBS, so we ask you to already prepare your package in OBS according to Apps Packaging guidelines. We ask developers to add screenshots, icons and a proper description to their package in OBS.

We are ready to start beta testing the submit process for MeeGo:1.2:Harmattan:Apps:Testing.

On this page we have also listed urls to current version of the Apps client and the Apps Testing repository enabler.

Hello ,
I can't install the client application on my N9 . It says " Installation interrupted"

Did you click on the downloaded file multiple times or perhaps clicked on 'cancel'? It installs fine on several devices I have tried. Another possibility could be that the download file is corrupted somehow?

yep , my downloaded file was corrupted . I downloaded a new file and it worked . Thank you . Hope to see more apps in the repo soon :)
What is the One Click app with the green icon . I clicked on the icon but no thing happened

Well that is up to you :)

That is the part of the client which listens to the ymp mimetype and installs the app when you click on the website. On PR1.0 it is somehow visible, but on PR1.1 it isn't.

There should be an "All" category, so that we can see all apps, there is no point to search each category by itself to check out if there is any interesting new applications.

almost no developer knows about this Community repository!

I think the thread title should be changed and we need to spread the word to all community developers out there! :)

Edit:
I couldn't download the client aswell, it only downloads till 297kb (even on my laptop...)

after about like 10 times, it downloaded correclty...
Seems like something isn't right with the server...
