mediainfo(-gui)
 

While considering making a basic mediainfo gui, I came across mediainfo-gui-qt, and decided to port this to maemo instead.

mediainfo
mediainfo supplies technical and tag information about a video or audio file.

It support a huge amount of formats, and it can extract basic or very detailed information.

mediainfo-gui
mediainfo-gui uses the mediainfo libraries and has no direct relation with the mediainfo executable.
Because mediainfo-gui-qt is made for the desktop and this is a direct port, it's interface is not smartphone optimized. Nevertheless it is good usable.

Nice. I use mediainfo on windows all the time. Good to have it working on my n900 too. :)
