Can I repartition my N9 internal storage
Actually , I can't install more apps on my N9 because of the "small" 4Gb partition for installed apps . I know there ara a way to increse this partition by editing the eMMC image . I did it with my old N900 and it worked but never try it with my N9 . Did anyone try it with their N9 ?

I changed 4096 by 8192 in hope of having 8Gb partition for installed apps . But after reflash the device , nothing change , I always have 4Gb for this partition :

Re: Can I repartition my N9 internal storage
4GB is enough for me, but I'd like to reformat the data partition as ext4 instead of vfat.

Re: Can I repartition my N9 internal storage
I found the information about the rootfs partition ( installed apps partition) on the firmware image :
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-a.../Untitled3.png I editted it and tried to flash it with the editted eMMC image but got this error : https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-t...E%25252525.png I think it's a bit complicated and dangerous for my device so I stop researching about this :) |
