Yes it is true MS is giving away Windows phones to people that are "sick" of the malware in android. Yes MS is actually talking about malware more news in the following link I can't write more because I am too busy laughing.

someone pirated a map software and upload it for free on the marketplace.

and people download free pirated copy.
people found a sms bug, that deals with wp7 security rendering phone useless.
