New-installed app's icon not shown

Hi,
Recently, when I've installed a new application to my N900, the app icon was always not shown in the Application Menu, just a blue square icon with the app's name. The real icon is only shown after I reboot the N900.

Anyone help me to fix this?

There's no real fix. The icons usually show up after a while anyway, or (as you say) after a reboot.
