After reflash missing phone icon on desktop
 
After reflash on latest Maemo release, from my desktop missing phone, conversation, email icon. Please help me to restore my desktop

Have you tried tapping on your desktop, select the icon that appears on the top (sorry I dunno the name of it), select desktop menu - add shortcut - and look for the apps?
