Re: Mozilla Firefox

Tried with this thread:D

http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...ghlight=Fennec

Here is latest stable version of fennec.

Now if your problem is that you unconfigure microb try it:

Try to start with a fresh .mozilla profile:
1.Shutdown all fennec and microb processes, if running.
2.Make a backup of the folder
Code:

mv /home/user/.mozilla /home/user/.mozilla.backup

3.Then restart fennec or microb, they will recreate a .mozilla profile folder.
4.Test it.

If this does not work remove the profile folder again and try to reinstall
Code:

sudo gainroot
apt-get update && apt-get install --reinstall osso-browser fennec

Mozilla stopped supporting for maemo in September last year.:D

Re: Mozilla Firefox

Think the maemo.org server is down, so package packes aren't accessible, but v7 is being pushed through the repositories. this is the last version built by mozilla for maemo. However, if you do a search for "fennec" you'll see successful attempts to compile and run more recent versions. You should probably follow up on there.
