Internet connection

Hello,

I have some disruptive issue with my N9 / meego os. If i set up my meego status to "offline" that none "internet connection" is connected
-> After that meego asks me to connect to internet all the time and once i choose "cancel" it will ask me again it very soon.

Thats very annoying because i usually want to use my N9 with offline mode to save battery.

So is there some app or something which needs the internet connection all the time and if i choose "cancel" it will suggest it all over again?

Have been thinking of posting the same question. It drives me nuts as I take the Underground often so lose signal and being asked constantly to "connect" is not very user friendly. Even putting it on Offline/Airplane mode doesnt resolve this.

I'm quite sure there's a bug in the tracker about his.
I'm subscribed to it and occasionally get emails...
Alas I cannot recall the number, title, or what's been discussed.
Not much help sorry. Maybe try to do some searching.
