just for the curiosity, this is the reply I received from Myriad Group re. Alien Dalvik software:

"Thank you for your interest in Myriad. Alien Dalvik was demonstrated on the Nokia N9 as proof of concept. We are currently speaking with several device manufacturers, to incorporate Alien Dalvik technology on to their handsets. However, I can confirm that we do not sell direct to users. We sell to Handset Manufacturers, OEMs, and network carriers and so our customers decide how and where to deploy our software."

Nothing new there, it's been discussed millions of times in countless threads at TMO & FMC.
In those threads are detailed explanations why AD and OpenACL are never coming to N9 users.
Our only hope if the F/OSS initiative called Iced Robot, there is some threads for it too...
