The Picodrive Thread
 

Hiyas,

running through some of the older posts, i saw Konttori and Tak talking about picodrive. Me an Unique311 spent a few hours on this and actually made some progress, so there's a WIP goin on if anyone wants a nudge in the right (i hope) direction.

The sources aren't online at the moment - i'll need to go back to them, run some diffs and write up a readme. I will do it if there is interest.

Speed on this emulator should be excellent, and there are a few non-twitchware games for it. Plus a bluetooth keyboard makes a fine game controller in a pinch.

Anyone interested?

Very interested :)

Currently working on getting input from a Wiimote...coupled with this we should see rather good quality games on the device!

Definately interested in that, it would be cool to be able to play megadrive games with my sixaxis controller and tv out

I am afraid ArnimS has been asking if anyone is interested in developing maemo version of picodrive, not playing it :)

How many ways can I say YES!!!

Coming from an E90, where Picodrive ran in full speed on that awesome 800 pixel wide screen, I've REALLY missed it since moving onto the N900.

come on i am sure someone can port picodrive what a great supernes emulater we got runs full speed on my n900 we need a megadrive emu next to it get on the case.
