how to remove unneeded language files
 

There are quite a few packages on the system, providing languages I don't need and I would like to get rid of them, only keeping en_US and de_DE.

I tried remoing ru_RU for modest, but that would also remove modest itself, so of course not what I want.

Some practical way to do this? Thanks.
