Add devices to Pierogi
Hi,
I've been messing with Pierogi these days and I really liked it. The app has a great list of brands and devices. But I've got two Sony projectors here that aren't listed. One is a VPL-EX7 and the other one is a VPL-ES4. I've been trying to add their codes the app, but I don't know where its folder is located. I know how to convert the codes to the right format. I just have to find the folder, I guess. |
Re: Add devices to Pierogi
I've also tried to add the codes to QtIrreco, but I couldn't manage to add a new remote do the list.

Re: Add devices to Pierogi
Just give the codes to the dev back at the forum post in "Applications". Pierogi uses a slightly different format so its probably best to let him do it for you.

Re: Add devices to Pierogi
Add the request to the device wiki
If you provide a link to the codes I am sure it will get done for you. |
Re: Add devices to Pierogi
Also, you could ask this in Pierogi thread, instead of starting new one.

I've downloaded Pierogi's source code and I tried to add the IR codes myself, but I couldn't understand how it's done. Is it Hex code? Would you mind explaining how to add a new remote? I could even help sending some added IR codes. ;) |
