gtalk and sipnet behind proxy in the office
Hi all!
I have searched through all posts but still cant find the answer. I have a wifi router at work, which is connected to a office network. To get access to internet I have to enter proxy server IP. It has password. Opera and pidgin are working well using wifi environment settings. But I never can get gtak and other SIP accounts working!!! (I have the new updated OS and RTCOM beta upgrade) Please help, I need to use the videoconf feature at work! |
Re: gtalk and sipnet behind proxy in the office
I'm in the same boat. Has anyone gotten around this? I have to use a proxy to access port 80 when in the office, and that's working just fine. However, my SIP 5060 accounts are not able to connect.
Is it possible to somehow configure a particular network to point ALL ports at a proxy, not just specific ports? |
