Can't vibrate without sound?
 

Hi,

I would like my N9 to vibrate whenever I recieve a text message, but can't get this to work. In my Settings all profiles under vibration are switched on, everyting under "Alert Tones" is set to "(no sound)". How can I get it to vibrate without having a tone?

Thanks, but no.. and it should vibrate on all profiles (everyting under vibrating is switched to on)

So.. It can't be done? This has been a basic feature in any phone for years right?

I did some more "research", and it seems that the vibrating depends on the selected tone. For example, when I have a "Message 1" selected as tone for chatmessages, it will vibrate once, and when I select a caller ringtone like "Blip" for chatmessages, it will vibrate like someone is calling me.. So is this a bug, or what?
