[Announce] LED Event Notifier 2.0
Inception or open mode required!
This is a rewrite of led-event-notifier which uses a new way of monitoring notifications. It still doesn't have a GUI, but you can now configure it to select which pattern you want for which event, and you can disable events you don't want a LED pattern for. The config file resides in ~/.config/MohammadAG/led-event-notifier.conf If it doesn't exist, create it. Here's an example config: Code:
[x-nokia.call.missed] LEDPatternLystiRM680 section for N950, LEDPatternNJoyRM696 for the N9 (you'll need to add the pattern under those and to: Code:
# A list of all pattern names that should be configured A full list of events can be found here: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=jvY6GYvR To install: Inception: Code:

Re: [Announce] LED Event Notifier 2.0
Is the config file you listed in the directory. ~/.config/MohammadAG/led-event-notifier.conf just used if we want to tweak the LED notifier?
The reason i ask is because when i try to create it I cant seem to create it. I used filebox to do it. All in all it works beautifully.:D |
Re: [Announce] LED Event Notifier 2.0
Yes, if no config exists for a certain event (or no config file), the default pattern used is PatternCommunication.
