I fixed my wazapp, perhaps my sharing might help you too...
 

Okay first of all, I should say I am totally silly....

Well, check your location, region on setting.
For me, I am Australian Chinese, don't read chinese, so I set my region as in Australia while I am locating in Hong Kong. That's what blocks me from registering the wazapp, so double check if you set your location right...if not, change it back to where you are..then it should be working....
