its available here but lack of multitouch support, and source is here https://github.com/veskuh/HeliumReborn maybe some developer here want to improve it?

It's litle confusing of which file i should download on that link you given us.

It works well, it is fast responding, and it seems it uses a desktop user agent. However we definitely the multitouch support for (de)zooming, and a few more options in the future could make it a really interesting browser compared to the concurrence.

The owner of this project has no interest to improve it, but let others to develope it, thats why i give it source to us, its great browser but lack of multitouch, :(

Well, now it seems much more improved, might want to give it a try. It worked well for me (multi-touch included now)
