what is the easiest way to develp apps for MeeGo and Symbian?

Is Qt sdk useful one for that task?

what are requied lanuages ? QML or C++?

I've recently dabbled with QML. I really like it. I'd say, start from there. I guess it is or will be the preferred way for writing apps anyway: QML for GUI, Qt/C++ for the harder bits or low-level system access.
