cant. already tried. really hate PR 1.3 update. Make my phone got so many problem

And do You.know how to disinstall unrestricted system?
Because ,now I can't install/disinstall nothing...even the opera update....

Did you install the modded system-ui package? Replacing system packages with custom ones using INCEPTION tends to cause problems if you upgrade later. I'd suggest you download the PR1.3 firmware image and flash it to clean things up.

Once PR1.3 is working, make sure to get the new version of INCEPTION - but don't install the system-ui mod until it's updated properly for the new firmware (this might take a few weeks).

This is off topic here, because it's probably caused by installing the old unrestricted-system ui. Have you tried the backported version by Coderus from here:
http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...3&postcount=46

Install using the same instructions you first installed unrestricted-systemui.

Edit: To revert back to the vanilla systemui (without installing the bacported version do:

devel-su #enter password
apt-get install -f

still cant uninstall inception and i success uninstall unrestricted system. It make me cant update, install and uninstall everything
