please someone help me. transmission is giving a bad day
 

oky guys here it goes. i downloaded transmission few weeks ago and installed without a fuss but i havnt done a single download. all i get is "connected to 0 peers. no peers. idle. when i test e port its closed. hw do i open this port? and get sm peers? i use 3g pre-paid

could you please ask in Transmission thread ?
and i think there is a limited size for the torrents you want to download :p

You'll have no chance downloading torrents over 3G, all network operators traffic shape bit torrent traffic.
Plus, as you're not in control of the gateway, you can't do any port forwarding.

am new to this forum.... didnt know there is a forum for that only. nway leave transmission alone i have completely gave up, and i dont think its about the limited size because i have tried to download an 8 mb file yet it cnt. i installed QTRAPID and its working fine but i cant seem to locate where finished download are...
