osso xterm starts in root (/)
When I start osso xterm, the initial directory I'm dropped into is root (/). is this a problem with busybox's sh?
I don't have bash installed at the moment, but I don't remember having that problem with bash. |
Re: osso xterm starts in root (/)
It might do that if /root does not exist, which is the usual default.

Re: osso xterm starts in root (/)
i have both a root directory (/root) and the User's home directory (/home/User).
in fact, if I `cd ~`, it takes me to /home/User, but when I start xterm, I'm immediately dropped into the root of the filesystem /. |
Re: osso xterm starts in root (/)
never mind, upgraded to the latest version of osso-xterm and the problem went away.
