how i can change that?

Homescreen settings from the store can do it.

v1.6.0 will add the option...its pending store QA approval so sit tight and be patient ;)

at the bottom of the screen....

there is an option to change carrier name.

Patience is virtue...Its better to wait for it and I'm sure Vesuri would prefer you stick it out too...

You will get complications from installing it otherwise [i.e. installing from a less trusted origin]
