Application Manager Performing Operation Failed
 
Hello guys
please help me ,when i install any softwares an error occurs in application manager like this
OPERATION FAILED
please tell me what is this problem

There is a log or protocol Tab in the HildonApplicationManager, which i assume, you are using. Please look into this log or post the content, which you might save and then attach to the next post here. People might look at it and you might get good support for this issue.

Hi,

When I had this problem, I disabled all the catalogues in the application manager then switched off the phone. Once you have restarted the phone try using 1 catalogue at a time. I read this somewhere and it helped me. I think the application manager freaks out when there are too many catalogues to update and check.

just try to let it be or make a reboot and all will be well
