Calibrating the dual battery

Hello

Now that my N900 has a dual battery (thanks estel!) I am wondering how to calibrate it for this larger battery.

IIRC, there was a script to run for a night, but after some searching and googling I can't find it.

Suggestions welcome.

Rebeldiamond, are you on crack?

I sold my iphone and xperia when I decided the N900 was for me. Heck, I even got a spare one, should I drop it some day, and I'm even considering a 3rd one - for parts you know.

The n900 is IMHO the best phone money can buy. You may think otherwise but I honnestly don't care about what you think :-)

Maybe someone else can point me to the script.

There was a script by joerg_rw, although I can't find it again, for a life of mine.

Hoever, all this script was doing, is charging device, discharging it to edv=1, and charging back. I'm not sure if it have special requiments for such big capacity gain as with scuds (i.e. calibrating in steps), so it's possible, that it would be of no use for You, anyway.

Proper way is described in post linked inside my signature :) Also, keep in mind, that calibration is only necessary, if You want to use tools like bnf (from repos) or bq27200.sh script (aka things that read from bq27x00 chip) - for "regular" usage, You don't need to calibrate anything, just charge to max and use till end :)
